Dear customers,

a short update for you: our move out of our location has taken more time than expected and that´s why we couldn’t provide you with more information yet.

By the end of March, we´ll have everything finalized and then we´ll focus on “what´s next” and we´ll be ready for you again !

In a different location and maybe slightly changed, but definitely with lots of culinary highlight together !

THE LOCATION

Our exclusive location for your team event, cooking course, barbecue course or conference in Munich. We make (almost) everything possible.

Beautiful, landmarked old building meets innovative concept cuisine. The building that now houses Ziemann’s Kochschule was designed in 1881 as a city monastery and opened in 1882 as the “Hotel Kronprinz”. Thanks to the Constantinian architectural style, our exclusive rooms have 4.50 m ceiling heights, large windows and stucco-decorated cross vaults.

In 2017, our kitchen was extensively redesigned for individual event concepts. Thanks to the mobile kitchen blocks, an extravagant lighting design and a new sound concept, you will find the optimal conditions for your event with us.

Stefan Ziemann

Stefan Ziemann is an exceptional professional chef and passionate host. It is precisely this combination that makes Ziemann’s cooking school a special kind of gourmet workshop.

He learned his culinary know-how in the kitchens of Europe, where he was able to perfect his craft. Stefan Ziemann burns for his cause and inspires our guests with his creativity and unmistakable charm.

In addition to his work in the cooking school, Stefan Ziemann can also be seen weekly in the format “Kabel1 – Das Magazin”. Here, in addition to his professional knowledge, he also demonstrates his skills as a first-class entertainer.
